Panch Phutan 100g (ପଞ୍ଚ ଫୁଟଣ)




All of the ingredients are seeds and include equal amounts of Cumin, Black Cumin, Fenugreek, Mustard, Fennel Seeds. Unlike many other spice blends, panch phutan is always used whole and never ground. It is traditionally either dry roasted or fried in oil and used with vegetables, meats, lentils, fish and pickles.
